NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, supports and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raise awareness and build a community for hope for all of those in need.
NAMI Moorhead Family Support Group
The NAMI Moorhead Family Support Group meets on the 4th Thursday of the month from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. It meets online on HeyPeers. NAMI Minnesota’s 2023 State Conference is Saturday, November 4
Join us on Saturday, November 4th for the annual NAMI State Conference at the Saint Paul RiverCentre from 9 am – 4:45 pm to hear from Minaa B., MSW, LMSW, a licensed social worker, mental health educator, and author as she presents on You Don’t Need Self-Care, You Need Self-Nourishment. Later, you will have the opportunity to attend workshops of your choosing and help us recognize the contributions of this year’s NAMI award winners during our annual Awards Luncheon. We will conclude the day with a closing keynote from Seeking Permission, who will share music they wrote during the pandemic to help youth. Last year, close to 300 guests and more than 50 exhibitors and sponsors attended. We plan to reach over 300 attendees this year. Register here!
